My Little Princess
October 7, 2004Time: Around 9am (yes, sometimes i do wake-up at “ridiculously” early hours
)
i just thought i’d capture a glimpse of what could inevitably be the day my daughter forgets she has a father…
yes, she was plastered to her bed, watching “Blue’s Clues”, choosing to ignore the “father” who was eagerly taking her picture…
Now, there’s Blue’s Clues… wait till she gets older and discovers showbiz tsismis and pinoy telenovela’s…
maybe i should save up for a new tv…
Why Counterflow?
Well i could give a vividly crafted lie about the coolness behind the name… Instead, i’ll let other people do that for me…
So, to the people reading this who could spare the time to rev up some hifalutin reasons for me, just click Add Comment below this entry…
The New Snake Eyes
Ok, so it’s not the Snake Eyes from the G.I. Joe toy series… but it sure looks like him!
It kinda reminds me of the glory years, when i was in grade school.
My first G.I. Joe action figure was Snake Eyes. My brother got the villain which changes color when placed under the sun. I thought then that my toy was so lame… But through the years, i found out that most kids my age, who loved G.I. Joe, wanted Snake Eyes… Hehehe. Bragging rights…
Time: 1989 - Just weeks after the opening of the school year…
Dok: “And did i mention i had a SwitchBlade from Mask?…”
Narrator: …as the kids drool in awe at the boy with the coolest of toys.
Fade to black…
